Shipping policy
Orders over 40 euros shipping is free in the peninsula of Spain except for the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. Orders over 100 euros made in European territory shipping is free.
Orders over 100 euros made in international territory shipping is free.
The shipping time is not guaranteed but the usual delivery time is from 2 to 7 within the national territory, depending on the availability of stock. Shipments are not made on Saturdays or Sundays. All possible charges, or surcharges that existed or could exist, both customs or specific to each destination, are borne by the client, ikara skates is not responsible for any of these possible additional charges under any circumstances.
In case of ordering clothes on demand (Drop shipping)
When will I recive my order? It takes us 3-7 business days to process an order, after which it will be shipped to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows: USA (For orders managed from this country): Between 5 and 8 business days Europe (For orders managed from this continent): Between 5 and 8 business days International : 10-20 business days
Where is my order shipped from? We work with a print-on-demand company with management centers in America and Europe! Will I have to pay customs fees for my order? International orders may incur additional customs fees. This rate is not under our control, and is the decision of your customs agency. I have received a wrong or damaged product. What I do? We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. In order to fix it as soon as possible, please email us at [your contact email] within a week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
