Orders over 40 euros shipping costs are free in the peninsula (Includes Balearic and Canary Islands). Orders over 100 euros made in European territory shipping is free.

The shipping time is not guaranteed but the usual delivery time is from 2 to 7 within the national territory, depending on the availability of stock. Shipments are not made on Saturdays or Sundays. Ikara Skates will accept returns and will refund the item. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with the complete original tags attached. First you must contact us explaining your reasons. Packages sent without prior contact will not be accepted. Please note that you must return the item to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. For any returned item, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
